Although matcha originated in China, Japanese producers are famous for continuing the centuries old, traditional, hands-on approach to cultivating the world’s best, high grade Japanese matcha, unlike a lot of Chinese and Korean matcha which is processed mechanically.

Plenty of our customers see immediate results in terms of improved focus and weight management, but we recommend that you drink ceremonial matcha for a full month before you see results.

Any way you like! Our matcha can be drunk the traditional way, by first whisking in hot water and then topping off with cool water. If you are feeling adventurous, you can use our matcha in lattes and desserts.

Matcha tea contains a unique, potent class of antioxidant known as catechins, which aren’t found in other foods. In particular, the catechin EGCg (epigallocatechin gallate) provides potent disease-fighting properties and counteracting the effects of free radicals from the likes of pollution, UV rays, radiation, and chemicals.
