Pretty Smart Kitchen: Matcha Latte, The New Kid On The Block
One of our personal favourites is the "matcha latte", typically enjoyed with soy, almond or rice milk (we discourage the use of cow's milk as it may destroy the tea's antioxidant benefit).
1) Bring 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, soy milk or rice milk to a bare simmer in a small pot over medium-high heat.
2) Put 1 scoop (1g) of RAWCHA® matcha into a cup or glass.
3) Slowly whisk in 1/4 cup hot water, then milk, tipping cup slightly to help create more foam.
4) Sweeten with agave or honey to taste!
