When is the best time to take your supplements?

So you've just received your shiny package from us (thank you for your order!) but aren't quite sure what's best way to take them. Most people take their supplements at a time that is convenient to them.

However, some deliver better results when taken at specific times of day. Here is our product-by-product guide for the optimal times to take your supplements:

CiderPro+ Apple Cider Vinegar capsules: We typically recommend taking two CiderPro+ Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules daily, with either breakfast or lunch. It does help to take these in the morning when the bowel is more receptive to probiotics.

HydroPro+ Collagen capsules: We recommend taking two HydroPro+ capsules every morning. Incorporating it  into your skincare regime helps as a reminder of when to take it.

Matchaplus+ Matcha capsules: The  MatchaPlus+ capsules should ideally be had in the early part of the day so the gentle boost of energy is felt throughout the day when you need it the most and tapers off as you wind down for sleep.

Vitamin C & Zinc+ tablets: The tablets should be taken first thing in the morning. As Vitamin C is water-soluble it can be taken on an empty stomach, but we do recommend having it with food as our product contains Zinc.

Cod Liver Oil softgels: These softgels can generally be taken anytime in the day, however it is best taken with food.

Odourless Garlic softgels: Like the Cod Liver Oil softgels, they can be taken  anytime in the day, however it is best taken with food.

Mix and match: If you are taking a combination of supplements, or simply don't like taking two capsules at once, we would suggest taking one capsule with breakfast and another alongside lunch.

The time of day when you take your supplements should be a balance between convenience and effectiveness. The most important thing to do is to make sure you take your supplements daily and at a regular time in order to see results.

If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch with our wonderful customer team who would be happy to help you.
