Matcha Green Tea Extract

Matcha green tea extract, like the tea, is a great source of antioxidants and this is why it has been associated with reducing one's risk of cancer, because of their ability to fight cell damage caused by free radicals.

A study conducted by a team of American researchers had 56 people with high blood pressure take 379 mg of green tea extract daily for three months. Another study by a team of American researchers showed that 10 healthy men burned 4% more calories during the 24 hours after consuming a green tea extract capsule containing 50 mg of caffeine and 90 mg of EGCG.
